My daughter Shannon and son in law Kurt Wilhelm help me with some of the management responsibilities as they used to reside and manage the park for close to 5 years prior to my moving back. Sumner Estates is a 34 space manufactured home park. We are located on 92nd Ave. in the Parkrose district in Portland Oregon. We have very close I-205 freeway access (8 blocks), and we are approximately 2 miles to the airport. 15 minutes east on I-84 will get you to the Troutdale Outlet shopping mall, and 15 minutes to the west on I-84 will get you to the Lloyd Center Shopping area and fabulous dining. We have a beautiful view of Mount Hood on clear days.
